The system comprises two key areas - Valuation Graphs and Quotations & Leases.
Our valuation graphs give you a detailed picture of medical equipment depreciation over a period of 15 years from initial purchase. You simply select the equipment category and brand of equipment, enter your initial purchase price - and you’ll get a detailed graph showing equipment values. Values are generally shown in annual increments:
Optionally - if you want even more detail - you can elect to see values in monthly increments - and you can even zoom in to see the monthly figures in more detail:
Each graph includes explanatory notes providing advice on how to interpret the depreciation curve, including specific information about the category and brand you have selected - and key points to be aware of when financing certain types of equipment.

Our Quotations & Leases module is aimed at helping individuals or departments involved in equipment financing organise and record details of any Quotations or Leases for customers. Each user of the system can create and store their own customers, quotations and leases as required.
